Tea Parties 

Group tea parties at our shop:
Perfect for smaller groups of two - nine.
The cost is $70 per person and includes all taxes and fees plus tea, sweets, savory bites, and a little thank you gift to take with you.

*if teas are listed as full, you can still email to join the waitlist

*anything outside of the listed dates below would be considered a "private tea" and would require a minimum of 10 people in your party

Upcoming scheduled group teas and tastings at our shop:​​​​

Saturday, January 31st from 1:00-2:30pm. Wizard theme.

Saturday, February 7th from 1:00-2:30pm. Valentine's Day theme.

​

Sunday, February 8th from noon-1:30pm. Galentine's Day theme.

​

Saturday, February 14th from 1:00-2:30pm. Valentine's Day theme.

​

Sunday, February 15th from noon-1:30pm. Galentine's Day theme.

​

Saturday, March 7th from 1:00-2:30pm. Alice in Wonderland inspired theme.

​

Saturday, March 21st from 1:00-2:30pm. Spring theme.

Maximum of 20 people per seating. Please email chelsie@thebubblytart.com to reserve your spots; make sure to include the date you're interested in, how many will be attending, and if you want to add on any drinks.

There are no discounts for children who attend our tea parties. While we welcome young kids, we ask they are kept seated for their safety and the safety of other guests.​

 

Private tea parties:

All private tea parties come with two options for tea, a variety of miniature sweets, savory bites, a little thank you gift to take home, as well as our serving stands, antique china, flatware, cups, runners, place mats, and napkins. MINIMUM OF 10 REQUIRED. At this time, we are not offering private teas for groups less than 10.  *A private tea party would be considered any date that is not listed above as a group tea event.​

Tea parties during business hours - $70 per person, inluding all taxes and fees. Availability to host the tea would depend on our schedule for this option.

Tea parties to go:

All tea parties to go will come with savory bites and miniature desserts. We will package everything up in white boxes, you will be required to set it up on your own trays and provide your own tea. *
Food for eight- $160+tax
Food for 10- $200+tax
Food for 12- $240+tax

Menu for tea party to go: homemade croissants with cranberry chicken salad, spinach artichoke rolls, herbed focaccia, miniature fruit tarts, macarons, miniature gluten free brownies, lemon blueberry scones. Sorry, no alterations or customizations.

*cancellation policy for orders not requiring a deposit or less than $399:
-order may be cancelled if payment is not received by due date
-refunds available only if item is incorrect or below our standard (a return of the item may be requested) or by our discretion



*cancellation policy for orders requiring a deposit or more than $400:
-30% deposit required to reserve date at least 60 days prior to event date
-final payment due 10 days prior to event date
-if you cancel within 7 days of the wedding/event, you forfeit the entire value of the order
-you may reschedule your wedding/event for another date up to 60 days prior to original date without penalty; however, the 30% deposit will not transfer to the new date
-a partial credit for delivery fee may be given on our discretion

 

*cancellation policy for classes or teas:
-reservation may be cancelled if payment is not received by due date
-refunds only available if cancelled more than 10 days prior to scheduled event
-credit for other dates may be offered
